- Thank you for your interest in AKKA IAS Prelims Tests. By using our Services, you agree to these terms (the “AKKA IAS Terms”) and AKKA IAS Prelims Test Series Policies.
- If ever in conflict, to the extent of such conflict,the AKKA IAS Terms will take precedence over any other terms of the Agreement.
2. Subscription:
- Once subscribed, you agree to AKKA IAS terms and abide by them. Subscription is for the period stipulated in the Test Series notification.
3. Fees:
- Fees once received will not be refunded.
4. Content:
- Prelims Test Series and other content created by AKKA IAS should not be reproduced anywhere without the written consent.
5. Access to the Services:
- Access to tests is available only to those who have paid requisite fees. Registered users must pay fees to take tests.
6. Using Our Services:
- Full services are made available only to paid members. AKKA IAS will have the right to delete such user who misuses our services.
7. Changes to Our Services:
- As and when required, AKKA IAS will have rights to change content of their services.
8. Sharing of Our Services:
- Sharing of our services for commercial purposes is against these terms and conditions.
